All orders are packed using conducted, shielded or vacuum-sealed packaging where needed, so your parts arrive with you in perfect condition. All suppliers are monitored on a continious basis to meet our quality standards.

DELIVERY AND TRACKING YOUR ORDER

From the time of placing your order you will be given a firm delivery date. With the use of our worldwide couriers such as UPS, Fed-ex and DHL, we are generally able to get the parts you need from anywhere in the world within 3 days and then ship them directly to you.

When you wish to track your order, use our new on-line progress system to receive a prompt up-date on the status of your order. If requested an email or fax can be sent directly to you once a shipment has been made. This enables you to be kept updated at all times.
